This drop’s coffee is a washed Catimor from Son La, Vietnam, grown at 800–1,200 meters by Detech Coffee. Medium roasted, with notes of dark chocolate, pecan and cedar-like notes, followed by browned sugar and hints of cocoa, caramel, almond and herbs. Crisp, balanced acidity, a medium body and a smooth, sweet, lingering finish round out the cup.
