Peru
Peruvian micro-lot "Stone Forest Blend" (Pache, Catimor, Caturra varieties) grown at 1500 to 1900 meters in the Cajamarca region from Cooperativa Agraria Coopagro.
Small Shareholder Producers formed an agricultural producers' cooperative located in northern Peru, from the provinces of Jaén, San Ignacio, and Cutervo. Their motivation is the sustainable and comprehensive development of each member, their families, and the community. These farms are blessed with being located in areas of high elevation. High altitude regions have lower oxygen levels, which in turn slows the maturation of coffee cherry development, and can allow for higher sweetness in the resulting coffee.
The coffee is patio dried for 14-21 days and roasted to a medium profile.
In the cup, mild acidity lactic in its quality, soft dried fruit notes like prune or raisin, heavy bodies with depth and heft with its sweetness. Secondary notes: Dark Chocolate, Dried Red Fruit, Cajeta.

Honduras
Honduras micro-lot featuring Lempira and Parainema varieties, grown at 1300 to 1800 meters in the Lempira region near the El Salvadorian border.
This washed coffee is hand harvested by various small shareholder producers who deliver cherry to a centralized washing station. By centralizing the washing and patio drying process, producers maintain consistency and quality while focusing on careful picking and farm management. Many farms range from 5 to 30 hectares, and cooperative collaboration provides better access to international markets.
The coffee is patio dried for 21 days and roasted to a medium profile.
In the cup, expect moderate acidity, a very sweet milk chocolate body, and a clean, slightly tannic finish. Notes of milk chocolate lead, with green grape brightness and a gentle hazelnut undertone.

Burundi Red Bourbon micro-lot coffee that's roasted to a medium profile. Grown at 1,750 meters and processed at the Nkanda Washing Station in Ngozi, Burundi, this washed coffee delivers notes of dark chocolate, graham cracker, and a bright, white-wine–like acidity. More than 2,000 smallholder farmers contributed to this harvest, resulting in a cup that’s both balanced and expressive.
