ABOUT THE COFFEE Inside the bag is a Burundi Red Bourbon micro-lot coffee that's roasted to a medium profile. Grown at 1,750 meters and processed at the Nkanda Washing Station in Ngozi, Burundi, this washed coffee delivers notes of dark chocolate, graham cracker, and a bright, white-wine–like acidity. More than 2,000 smallholder farmers contributed to this harvest, resulting in a cup that’s both balanced and expressive.
