ShePosse
SOLANA BEACH, CA
ShePosse is an internationally recognized multidisciplinary artist whose work moves fluidly between the street and the gallery, between rebellion and refinement. Stickers, wheatpastes, paintings, murals, large scale installations. She doesn’t wait for space, she takes it. With over 25 years of creative practice and a BFA in Fine Arts from SUNY Purchase, her work carries both the discipline of fine art training and the raw street vibes of graffiti culture. It is precise and unpolished at the same time, like something that knows the rules and chooses when to break them. But ShePosse is not just making art. She is shifting the ecosystem around it.
Created to challenge the gender divide in street art, ShePosse has built a platform rooted in visibility, collaboration, and amplification. Her projects bring women artists into spaces that historically left them out, not quietly, not politely, but with presence.
Her work has been exhibited internationally and shown alongside legends like Shepard Fairey and Lady Pink, while still staying deeply connected to the street level communities where the culture lives and breathes.
The Movement Within the Work
ShePosse's impact stretches far beyond individual pieces. As a co producer and featured cast member of Sticker Movie, she helped bring the global sticker scene into focus in a project that explores community, mental health, and the invisible threads that tie artists together across borders.
She helped fund the film through a worldwide art auction, then continued to support screenings across the globe, turning the project into something bigger than a film. A living network. A signal boost for a culture that thrives in plain sight.
Her ShePosse Vote Project mobilized over 66 women artists across six countries, transforming stickers and wheatpastes into tools for visibility and cultural voice. Not decoration. Declaration.
Style, Energy, Presence
Her work feels like a collision of intention and instinct. There is a layered quality to it. Personal but communal. Polished but still carrying the grit of the street. Each piece feels like it belongs somewhere specific, even if that somewhere is constantly shifting.
Collectors across the U.S. and internationally have pulled her work into private collections, while galleries and exhibitions continue to spotlight her across cities like Los Angeles, New York, Austin, Rome, Tokyo, and beyond.
But at the core, the mission stays the same:
- More female voices.
- More female presence.
- More space taken up by people who deserve to be seen.
Why ShePosse x BEWM
BEWM is built on the idea that coffee fuels art and art fuels healing.
ShePosse has been living that equation for decades.
Her work is about community, about lifting others up, about turning creativity into something that actually shifts people. That is the same current running through every bag, every drop, every artist we work with.
